Help to improve your vision dark leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, carrots, and pumpkin contain beta-carotene dioxin and lutein act your eyes from being damaged by the Sun.

strawberries, eggs, salmon, mackerel oranges, and such nuts as almonds provide you with vitamins a C.

Vitamin C.

Vitamin C is a complex antioxidant that you need to consume on a daily basis if  want to have a youthful and healthy body.REAL Vitamin C comes from raw fruits and vegetables, such as bell peppers, kale, leafy greens, berries, cabbage, and sauerkraut. This helps to protect your eyes from oxidative damage, caused by high blood sugars and harmful chemicals found in our environment. Studies show that it majorly reduces the risk of age-related macular degeneration and visual acuity loss. If you are a smoker, you need to be consuming at least 4x the daily requirements for Vitamin C to help protect your body against oxidative damage.

Example of vitamin A.

Also, such berries as grapes and blueberries are actually beneficial for your whole body and have effective anti-inflammatory properties, and also and for example vitamin A

-Helps you to improve your night vision and prevents night blindness.

Vitamin A.

Retinol is the active form of Vitamin A found in egg yolks, butter, cheese, cod liver oil, and meats. This is the most important nutrient for eye health, as it helps your eyes make tears to keep them lubricated and protected. It also helps you to see well at night, preventing night blindness and irritation from bright lights. (when you are driving for example) dryness, bloodshot eyes, and irritation. which usually feels like a gritty feeling in the corners of the eyes, so Vitamin A is good for the eyes.

As for the crab, turkey, and oysters, they contain zinc and copper-zinc helps to produce an eye-protecting pigment melanin copper prevents the development of age-related macular degeneration both these vitamins and minerals are vital for good vision as well as for disease protection if you include them in diet onions garlic and caper you will enrich the diet with lecithin sulfur and cysteine this will prevent the lenses of eyes from getting cataracts omega-3

Omega 3-

Omega 3-s are anti-inflammatory and will reduce inflammation in the eyes protecting against uveitis and bursitis. These Omega 3-protect and heal nerves and blood vessels in your eyes, protecting them from oxidative damage. Fish especially cold-water fatty fish, such as salmon, mackerel, tuna, herring, and sardines, Nuts, and seeds such as flaxseed, chia seeds, and walnuts, Plant oils such as flaxseed oil, soybean oil, and canola oil. add into the diet if can't get any seafood or do not want to eat them so buying fish oil supplements will be a good alternative.

.Zinc Did you know that your eyes contain high levels of zinc?

This antioxidant mineral is used to help build visual pigments in your retina, so that can see clear images in color. Zinc helps to activate Vitamin A (retinol), so that can see properly, especially at night time or during inflammation your body uses up its zinc stores to try and heal.

A deficiency in zinc raises the risk of macular degeneration And developing cataracts (cloudy lenses of the eye).  we get zinc by eating oysters, crab meat, mussels, shrimp, and pumpkin seeds. Alternatively, you may take a supplement of 30mg zinc per day.

The benefit of zinc.

.Did you know how good the power of Vitamin B2 & B3 is?

Vitamins B2 and B3 also have very powerful effects in protecting and restoring damage,

Vitamin B1 in a form called benfotiamine.

When you eat sugar, refined flour, or grains your blood sugar goes up, and this depletes Vitamin B1 stores. Without enough Vitamin B1 in our body, the protective coating around your nerves (myelin)becomes damaged. As your eyes and the optic nerve contains up to 1.7 million nerve fibers, these can easily become damaged from eating these junk foods and high blood sugars.

So stop eating junk food and go to a healthy lifestyle.

which is a fat-soluble version of Vitamin B1, the nerve tissues in your eye, This penetrates through the fat layers of your brain and nervous system and nourishes the nerves so that they may heal.

Vitamin B2 & B3. This causes a disease called retinopathy, which is very common as we age, especially in those with diabetes or prediabetes.B3 for example (niacin) has been shown to help prevent glaucoma, a common eye condition.B2 (riboflavin) reduces the risk of developing cataracts, and macular degeneration.

To repair the nerves in the eyes, and prevent further damage can take Benfotiamine,

The best way to get these B-vitamins is by consuming them.

Consume 1-2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast each day, or more to boost your B-vitamins, also get more B-vitamins by eating salmon, leafy green vegetables, and eggs this is one of the best sources of tissues and nerves in the eye.

Stop eating junk foods because they are bad for Vitamin B2 & B3.

.Lutein & Zeaxanthin are two powerful carotenoids called lutein and zeaxanthin, most common in green leafy vegetables (e.g., kale, spinach, broccoli, peas, and lettuce) and egg yolks.

Lutein is one of the most important plants.

Lutein is one of the most important plant chemicals which helps the retina to capture light and color and send these signals to your brain so that can see clear pictures.

Zeaxanthin helps to prevent macular degeneration.

Zeaxanthin helps to prevent macular degeneration, central vision loss, and cataracts that may develop with age body uses this to build a light filter in the back of the eye, protecting the eye tissues from UV damage from sunlight.

You can get both of these carotenoids in high amounts by eating vegetables like kale, collard greens, romaine lettuce, Swiss chard, peppers, squash, broccoli, and egg yolks.

If we wish to supplement, I recommend 1-2 teaspoons of moringa powder each day.

Health benefits of moringa powder

This is made from dried leaves of the moringa one of the richest sources of carotenoids to protect our eyesight with age.

Studies show that taking regular doses of fish oils daily for three months rapidly reduces dry eye symptoms,

Helps the glands to make more tear fluid and get this by eating fatty fish like wild salmon, sardines, anchovies, and mackerel.

However, by far the richest natural source is Icelandic, Virgin Cod Liver Oil (1tsp per day).

Also, if want to use lutein and zeaxanthin supplements. A large-scale eye study found no adverse effects of these supplements over five years. Not shown any big side effects only side effect identified was some skin yellowing that was not considered harmful.

Avoid diabetes.

Avoid diabetes which can ultimately lead to blindness.

Use sunglasses.

Macular degeneration optic nerve damage and cataracts are more smoking can lead to diabetes and this condition, in turn, will damage the eye and control weight is good, first of all, a good diet will fill the body with vitamins and nutrients beneficial for your eyes secondly following a balanced diet avoid diabetes which can ultimately lead to blindness always wear sunglasses when going outside the reason isn't even sunlight that is too bright UV radiation coming from the Sun amplifies risks of macular degeneration and cataracts in a pair of sunglasses with ninety-nine or a hundred percent protection from UV rays.
