Beef and meat recipes for Eid-ul-Adha. 2022.


Gola Kabab Recipe

Ingredients.

1/2 kg ground beef
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 onion (fried and crushed)
1 tsp garam masala
2 tbsp gram flour
 1 Egg
 4 Fried onion
 1 tsp All spice powder
 1 tsp raw papaya paste.
 1 tbsp Yogurt
2 tsp Chili powder
 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
 Oil as much required
 to taste Salt
garam masala

Method

In a chopper, put together 1/2 kg mince, fried onion, and 1 tsp raw papaya. Chop well and mix with 1/4 tsp mace powder and 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder. Now add 1 tsp all spice powder, 1 tbsp Yogurt, 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste, 2 tsp Chili powder, 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder, and add salt to taste. Now make round balls and fry in hot oil or grill over burning coals. and serve.




Shahi Kofta Recipe.

Ingredients for Kofta.

Mince ½ kg (beef or mutton)
Egg 1
Allspice 1 tsp
Poppy seeds ground 1 tsp 
Salt 1 tsp as per taste.
Onion 1 raw grinded
Roasted gram 2 tbsp
Nutmeg ¼ tsp powder.
Brown onion ground 1 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tsp powder.
Yogurt 2 tbsp
garam masala

Ingredients for gravy.


Brown onion 4 tbsp
Oil ½ cup
Coriander powder 2 tsp
Chili powder 2 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Allspice ½ tbsp
Kewra water 1 tbsp

Method.

Kofta to make put all the ingredients in a food processor and grind finely, make small balls and fry light golden, and keep it aside.
For the gravy, heat oil adds ½ cup water with Brown onion 4 tbsp, Coriander powder 2 tsp, Chili powder 2 tsp, Salt 1 tsp, Yogurt 1 cup, Ginger garlic 1 tbsp, Allspice ½ tbsp, fry well add 2 cups water, when water is boiling adds fried koftas, cook till gravy thickens and oil comes on top and serve it.


Mutton Biryani Recipe.

Ingredients.

1/2 kg Mutton
Basmati Rice 2 Cups
Few flakes garlic
3 tsp Coriander powder
Dried coconut
1-inch stick of cinnamon
3 green chilies
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 cup onion
1-inch piece of ginger
1 tsp Poppy seeds
3 Cloves, peppercorns, and cardamoms
1 cup curd
1/2 cup onion
2 Bay leaf
8 tbsp Fat
Salt to taste

Method.

 Clean the meat and cut it into pieces.
 Soak the meat in curd.
 Roast cardamom, cinnamon, peppercorns, and powder cloves. Make powder.
 Grind ginger, red chilies, green chilies, half the onions, garlic, and copra.
 Now heat fat in a pan. Add chopped onions and ground spices.
 Fry until onions turn golden brown.
 Now add meat and fry well. Add poppy seed powder.
 Add salt and remaining curd. Cook till meat becomes tender.
 Add powdered spices to it and remove it from the flame.
 Chop remaining onions. Fry them in fat in a separate pan.
 Add cloves and bay leaf.
 Fry for a few minutes and add rice. Fry for another few minutes.
 Put salt to taste and make the quantity of water double.
 Remove from the flame when rice gets cooked and no moisture is left.
 Arrange a part of cooked rice in a pan and sprinkle saffron water over it.
 Place the meat over it and cover it with the rice layer once again.
 Garnish with fried onions and nuts.
 Mutton Biryani is ready to serve.

Lakhnow beef Galouti Kabab Recipe.

Ingredients.

 minced meat
finely chopped onion 
 yogurt, 
red chili,
 onion,
 ginger,
 peeled almonds paste.
garam masala
garlic.

Method.

First mix the papaya and salt in the minced meat and keep it for half an hour .now heat oil in a frying pan and add finely chopped onion and make a golden paste - then take it out and file by hand and grind it. Then grind yogurt, red chili, onion, ginger, and peeled almonds in the minced meat and mix it with hot spices, two tablespoons of oil, and garlic. And bake in the oven - remove from the oven until brown.
or take a pan fill with oil heat the oil deep fry the kebabs, Serve with onions, tomatoes, and lemons. Delicious Lucknow kebabs are ready to serve.

Chappal Kabab Recipe.

Ingredients.

1 kg Beef mince (30% fat))
400 g Onion
12-15 pieces of Green Chili 
350 g Tomatoes
4 tbsp Dried Pomegranate Seeds crushed.
 red chili 1 tea sp
 green coriander some leafs
 black paper 1/2 tea sp
 oil for frying

Method.

mix all ingredients in minced beef. Knead with hands for about 5 to 10 minutes.  Set aside 1 hour because all spices mix well together.
 take some quantity of minced beef & give it the shape of chappal kabab deep fry & serve with tomato ketchup & Prieta.

Tarki Meat Ball Shashlik Recipe.

Ingredients.

Mince 400 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper½ tsp
Ginger garlic paste ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg beat half
Wooster sauce 1 tbsp
Ketchup 4 to 5 tbsp
Raw Onion ground 2 tbsp
Onion 2 cut into square cubes
Capsicum 2 cut into square cubes
Tomatoes 2 cuts in square cubes

Method.

Chopper mince with all the given ingredients till smooth make into balls, put on skewers, alternating with vegetables, heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, cook meatball skewers for 10 minutes, sprinkling tomato ketchup and Wooster sauce, and serve.


Hunter Beef Recipe.

Ingredients.

2 kg Beef bread shape one piece.
3 tbs shan hunter beef masala
4 lemon juice
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
2 tsp. Crystallized salt.
3 tsp. Black pepper
2" stick of Cinnamon
2 tsp. brown sugar
4 Black Cardamom
3 tbs. Lemon juice

Method.

Wash the meat thoroughly and dry with a kitchen towel.
Ground all the spices.
Add all spices to the lemon juice to make a paste.
Rub the paste thoroughly on the meat.
Place it in a glass or stainless steel container and cover it.
Place the bowl in the fridge for one day.
The next day get the meat out of the fridge and sort of massage the meat to absorb the paste, it is important that at least half an hour is spent rubbing the beef.
Once again put the beef back in the fridge.
Repeat the same process each day for six days.
On the Sixth day remove the beef from the fridge and tie it with a strong string.
Place the meat in a large pot and put 2 cups of water in the pot NOT on the beef.
Cook it over low heat for 2 to 3 hours or until the water is absorbed.

Beef Stake Recipe

Ingredients.

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
Steak 500 grams steak, fat removed and thinly sliced
Half a teaspoon of salt
Pepper 1 teaspoon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of Worcester Shine Sauce
Garlic 1 tsp
Ingredients for making black paper sauce
2 tablespoons butter
Onion (chop) 2 tablespoons
Garlic (chop) 1 tbsp
Pepper (chopped) 1 tbsp
Demi Glass Powder 3 tbsp
1 cup of water
Cream 2 tablespoons

Method.

In a bowl, macerate combines the beef steak, pepper, salt, olive oil, oyster shine sauce, garlic, and mix for 30 minutes. Now add salt and pepper and grill lightly on both sides when the meet is tendered is ready to serve,
 

Beef Lazania Recipe.

Ingredients.

Refined Corn Oil 4 tbs Edible Oil
Garlic 1 tsp
Onion (chop) 1 piece
Beef price 1 kg
Salt to taste
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Fennel 1 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 1 tsp
Pepper Powder 1 tsp
1 teaspoon chopped red pepper
Tomato puree (medium) 4 tbsp
Green coriander as required
Oregano 1 teaspoon
Basel 1 teaspoon
Ingredients for boiling lasagna sheet:
Water as needed
Rafhan Corn Oil 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Lazania sheet.

Ingredients of white sauce.

2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup of milk
Pepper 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste

Assembling components:

Three-quarters cup of pasta sauce
Boiled lasagna honey
Prepared price
Prepared white sauce
Mazarila and Cheddar Cheese (Kadukash) 2 cups
Parmesan cheese (pumpkin) 2 cups
Black olives 2-3

Method.

Take oil in a pan, add garlic, onion, cumin, salt, red chili powder, fennel, garlic powder, black pepper, chopped red chili, tomato puree, tomato paste, green coriander, oregano, basil. Now cook it for 18-20 minutes. How to boil lasagna sheet: Take water in a pan, add salt, refined corn oil, and lasagna sheet and bring to boil. How to make white sauce: Take butter in a pan, add flour and cook for a while. Now add milk, pepper, and salt and cook. The white sauce is ready. Assembling: Put pasta sauce in the bottom of a pot. Now place the boiled lasagna sheet on it and apply pasta sauce to it from noon. Now spread the prepared qima on it and then apply the prepared white sauce on it. Now spread Parmizan thing, Cheddar thing, Parmzan thing on it. Now place the lasagna sheet on it again and fold it again as before. Now garnish it with black olives and capsicum. Now, bake it at 190 temperature for ten to twelve minutes.



Beef Seekh Kabab Recipe.

Ingredients.

1 kilogram Minced Beef.
1 medium Onion chopped.
1 more medium Onion chopped
4 Green Chillies paste
1 tsp. Red Chilli Powder 
1 tsp. Green Papaya paste along with the skin.
1 bunch of Fresh Coriander Leaves chopped
8 Cardamom 
1 tsp. Black Pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp. Garam Masala Powder
4 tbsp. Chick Pea Flour 
1 Egg
garam masala
8 White paper.
Salt as per taste
2 tbsp  Cooking Oil

Method.

 In a bowl combine minced meat with all ingredients except the oil and mix well. Knead with hands for about 5 to 10 minutes.  Set aside for 2 hours.
Make a  small portion of the mixture in your hands and put it on a barbecue skewer and fry with a little oil in a frying pan and serve it.


Mutton Stove Recipe 

Ingredients.

Mutton, 1 kg
Salt (to taste).
Garlic cloves (crushed) eight to ten pieces
Ginger (finely chopped)  one to two tablespoons
Onion 1.5 kg (thickly chopped) 
coriander powder 1-tablespoon
White cumin powder 1-tablespoon
Red peppers. (ten to twelve pieces).
Mint Leaf for garnish.
Cinnamon One to two-piece
Black  peppers six to eight pieces
Large cardamom 2to3 pieces
Yogurt in a cup without cream.
Cooking oil three-quarters cup

METHOD.

Add salt, ginger, garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, red chilies, bay leaves, cinnamon, black pepper, large cardamom, yogurt, and three to four tablespoons of cooking oil to the meat and mix well.
Put the meat in the pan and cook on high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Then reduce the heat and cook till the meat melts well.
Add the rest of the cooking oil and fry till the oil starts to separate
Cook over low heat for three to four minutes and remove from the heat.

Yakhni Pulao.

2 cups drenched basmati rice
1/2 medium onion
1/2 teaspoon peppercorns
2 inches Cinnamon stick
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
6 cloves garlic
1 teaspoon coriander seeds
salt as per taste.
1/2 teaspoon squashed to glue ginger
1/2 cup yogurt (curd)
2 green cardamom
100 gm ghee
500 gm cleaved into blocks of beef or meat.
2 black cardamom
1/2 teaspoon clove powder
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon gram masala powder.
4 cup Water
2-nutmeg, and mac.
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

Prepare Bouquet Garni

Take a spotless muslin material and tie the cubed onion pieces, garlic units, entire ginger, straight leaf, black cardamom,  coriander seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, nutmeg, and mace in it. This is called bouquet garni.

Method.

Yakhni is prepared.
Wash the meat or beef and keep to the side. In a cooking pot, take 3 cups water, cubed meat or beef, and a teaspoon of salt. Turn on the fire. Add to it, add the bouquet garni and keep the stock with the bouquet garni and bubble for around 30 minutes.
 The ‘yakhni’ is prepared.

Heat the ghee and fry the onions. In a skillet, heat ghee and fry onions. Keep 1/fourth of it to the side for adding later. In the excess onions, add cumin seeds, ginger-garlic glue, tomatoes, salt, red stew powder, coriander powder, and sautéed food for 3 minutes. Add yogurt, garam masala, and green cardamom. Cook on medium-high hotness till the tomatoes get delicate. Add fennel seeds and beef or meat pieces to the masala and let it stew for an additional 10 minutes. then arranged masala and yakhni
Add this masala to the arranged yakhni (stock) in the cooking pot, switch on the hotness and cook the rice for 5 minutes. Sprinkle brown onions on the rice Put the Rice on the tail on medium flame with a foil cover. Five to ten minutes later Yakhni Pulao is ready to serve.


Minced Beef 

Ingredients.

1 kg Minced meat 
3 tablespoons vegetable oil.
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 medium onions finely chopped.
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
4 tbsp Roasted gram powder
2 tbsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Coriander powder
1 tbsp Garam masala powder
2 tbsp raw papaya paste/powder
Salt to taste.

Method.

Lightly fry the hot spices & Grind them in a blender 
 Mix all the dry spices, and papaya paste into the meat
 In a small pan add 2 tbsp oil and cook finely chopped onions add ginger and garlic paste. add spices when the sauce is ready  add the meat and cook over low heat
When it is well melted, serve it with some white sesame.
