They food can stimulate the immune system and also help prevent cancer But no single food can protect you against Disease. If you want to live a healthy life, you have to eat healthy food.

Today I write, to relieve pain, reduce inflammation, and bring down a high temperature. They're often used to relieve symptoms of headaches, painful periods, sprains and strains, colds and flu, arthritis, and other causes of long-term pain. Some anti-inflammatory food is being studied in the prevention and treatment of cancer. 

Inflammation is a process by which the body's white blood cells and the things they make protect from infection from outside invaders, such as bacteria and viruses.

Inflammation effect as:

                                       

-Redness.

-Heat.

-Swelling.

-Pain.

-Loss of function.




*Some common inflammatory diseases:

                               

Fatty liver disease. Fatty liver disease can be caused by a poor diet, which can set off an inflammatory response. 

-Type 1 diabetes

-Type 2 diabetes 

-Inflammatory bowel disease.

-Obesity.

-Asthma. 

Medication and other treatments are important, many experts say an anti-inflammatory diet may help, anti-inflammatories foods, that eat to lower odds of having inflammation. If a condition causes inflammation, These food help to change eating habits.

Turmeric.



Turmeric is good for anti-inflammatory treats issues such as breathing problems, fighting cancer, easing depression,  skin cancer, smallpox, chickenpox, wound healing, urinary tract infections, liver ailments also good digestive problems.

Black pepper.



Black pepper is also known as an anti-inflammatory, good for liver damage, black pepper improves the absorption of beta-carotene anti-inflammatory quality good for the immune system, helping in having healthier eyes as well as stronger eyesight.

Kappa.



Kappa which is actually a powerful antioxidant it can help to reduce weight.

Safran.


Safran(the most expensive spice ) is known as those water-soluble carotenoids that inhibit tumor growth and progression of cancer Safran slows cancer growth. 

anti-cancer spice garlic is found in your allium group which is known as your onions your scallions your tribes those help boost your immune system it's also great to fight off colds and cases of flu.

Garlic is used to treat colds and coughs. heart disease, high blood pressure, arthritis, toothache, constipation, and infections. Garlic helps to overcome respiratory infections.

Take at least one clove a day. clove anti-inflammatory, improve the immune system and protect against infections and cases of flu and very effective for dental pain, toothache, sore gums, and mouth ulcers. Clove oil treats respiratory ailments like bronchitis, colds, sinusitis, and asthma. It has manganese, vitamin k, vitamin c, calcium, and magnesium.

Berries.

Berries contain antioxidants that improve the immune system because they contain vitamin C due to their polyphenols ellagic acid and anthocyanins they can reduce cell damage and facilitate the repair.

Tomatoes.

Tomatoes are many health benefits, including reduced risk of heart disease and cancer. can protect the skin from cancer, antioxidant cells are protected from damage aside from skin cancer other types of cancer that Tomatoes can fight to include cancer of the lungs mouth, and breast.

Cabbage reduces stomach pain, excess stomach acid, stomach, and intestinal ulcers, Cabbage is also good in used to treating asthma.

Broccoli.

 Broccoli is rich in sulforaphane, good for heart health, Contains cancer-protective compounds.  good for eye health support hormonal balance support the immune system. Broccoli contains additional nutrients, including some magnesium, phosphorus, a little zinc, and iron.

Kale.



Kale is the most powerful excellent Source of Vitamin C, fiber, antioxidants, calcium, vitamins C and K, iron.

Kale reduces the risk of (Heart Disease.)Help to control  Lower cholesterol, the positive effect upon heart disease, stroke and prevent some types of cancer. Also good for of eyes, improve digestive problems, and control blood sugar.

A cruciferous vegetable.



A cruciferous vegetable, Arugula. Bok choy. Broccoli. Brussels sprouts. Cabbage. Cauliflower. Collard greens.

Cruciferous vegetables have strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, helping to protect our cells from disease-causing damage.
