Muhammad Ali Jinnah, also known as Quaid-e-Azam.

 ("Great Leader"),
Born on 25 December 1876 in Karachi,

 Now in Pakistan, but was then part of British-controlled India. His father was a prosperous Muslim businessman

Faith, Unity, Discipline.

Jinnah studied at Bombay University and Lincoln University in London. He then ran a successful legal practice in Bombay.


In 1906 Jinnah as a staunch supporter of Hindu Muslim and Indian unity started his political career with Indian National Congress.

He was already a member of the Indian National Congress, working for independence from the British Raj.

Partition is necessary to protect the rights of Indian Muslims.
Jinnah had always believed that Hindu-Muslim unity was possible, but after much deliberation, he came to the conclusion that Partition is necessary to protect the rights of Indian Muslims.


In 1920, the Indian National Congress launched a non-cooperation movement to boycott all aspects of British rule.
Jinnah opposed the policy and resigned from Congress.

 In1930 he joined the Muslim League. 




 In 1916 he had been elected its president.



In 1940, the Muslim League held a meeting in Lahore in which the demand for partition of India was formally made and a Muslim League demanded the establishment of a separate state of Pakistan.

In March 1940, Muslim League took to take a  decision that is split off India into two Nation they agree not to accept any plan for India, which field to give Muslim independence in those state  parts of India where their most Muslims than Hindus
the Indian newspaper called this Pakistan Resolution


Muhammad Ali Jinnah's insistence on this issue through negotiations with the British government resulted in the partition of India on 14 August 1947 and the formation of the State of Pakistan.

Quaid-e-Azam said,

“Islam expects every Muslim to do this duty, and if we realize our responsibility time will come soon when we shall justify ourselves worthy of a glorious past.”

He said that women also take a positive part in the development of Pakistan.


He placed great emphasis on education.






Oath of Muhammad Ali Jinnah, 
On 15 August 1947, when Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was sworn in as the first Governor-General of Pakistan, Rashid, as the most senior Muslim judge in British India, administered the oath of office to him.



 Pakistan came into being 14 Aug 1947 & The first Governor-General of Pakistan  is,

Quaid-e-Azam 

Muhammad Ali Jinnah 

but died of tuberculosis on September 11, 1948

An independent state appeared on the world map due to the immense efforts of Quaid-e-Azam.

Because of that, he is known as the father of the Nation.

The name Pakistan was invented in 1933 by Chaudhry Rehmat Ali
Pakistan he wrote is both a Persian and an Urdu word is composed of letters taken from all our Homeland Indian in Asia that is, Punjab Afghani ( east and northwest) frontier province is Kashmir Iran Sindh included Kutch and Kathiawar) Afghanistan and Baluchistan. It means the land of Pak is spiritually pure and clean.
